Since discovering meal prep myself, I’ve seen my entire weekly schedule open up, giving me more time to focus on the things that I find important in life. Not only that, but my wallet has thanked me too as I’ve completely reconfigured how I spend money on food.
Before meal prep, I was stuck in every drive-thru imaginable, too tired to cook for myself after work and unable to maintain a healthy diet. I knew it was bad, but I felt stuck in a sick habit until one day it clicked – meal prep!
Since then, I’ve spent my Sundays optimizing how I prepare food for the week and retaken my health back from pesky fast food lines and overpriced delivery options, and I’m here to tell you that you can too!
Have I worked in a kitchen before? No. Have I ever been a professional chef? No. Have I ever taken a cooking class? No. Does that mean I can’t meal prep for myself and teach others how to also? No!
